I have been advising companies, usually part of multinational groups, on all kinds of tax and legal issues for many years. I have a varied professional background, having worked as a lawyer in an international law firm, as a tax advisor in a world-renowned audit and consultancy firm, and as head of tax and treasury for Africa and the Mediterranean in the Maersk group, based in Copenhagen.

This wide range of experience, together with a degree in finance from Solvay Business School, enables me to offer my clients a very pragmatic approach that considers not only the tax aspects but also the legal and financial aspects.

I advise and defend my clients in various tax matters, both regarding direct and indirect taxes.

I frequently act in complex cross-border situations. I have extensive experience of mergers, acquisitions, and reorganisations.
