Frédéric is a law graduate from the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL) since 2003. Admitted to the Bar of Mons in the same year, he subsequently earned a Master’s degree in International and European Law (LL.M) from Utrecht University.
With a sharp and recognized expertise in the insurance and supplementary pension sector, Frédéric gained experience as an in-house lawyer for insurance companies and pension funds.
Armed with a Master’s degree in Tax Management from the Solvay Business School (ULB) and a Compliance Officer certificate for the insurance sector (Assuralia/Insert), he advises pension institutions, their clients, and intermediaries on the establishment or management of pension plans, as well as on legal, tax, and operational matters.
Simultaneously, he advocates for the civil liability of accountants and assists SMEs, independents, and individuals in tax matters, lease disputes, contractual breaches, and telecommunications.
He joined the French Bar of Brussels in 2019.
His qualities of listening, empathy, and pedagogy, combined with a strong pragmatic sense, allow him to provide his clients with precise, efficient, and field-oriented assistance.
