Nathalie has over 20 years’ experience in employment law and human resources. She has worked as an in-house lawyer, consultant n a Big4 and as a lawyer specialised in employment law in international law firms (Brussels & Madrid).
Throughout her career, Nathalie has built up experience in companies restructuring (collective dismissal, closings, etc.) as well as in all legal aspects of human resources. Nathalie has negotiated extensively. She prefers an agreement over litigation and pragmatism over theory.
She regularly gives in-house training courses in employment law. Her clients come from both the private and public sectors.
