I have been assisting high-net-worth individuals and their family offices, as well as c-level executives and shareholders of family businesses, for many years.
I advise and defend my clients in tax matters, wealth structuring, estate planning, and family governance.
I am frequently involved in complex cross-border situations. In particular, I have extensive expertise in Belgian estate planning with implications in France. I also assist numerous clients with interests in Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, the UK and the USA.
I teach civil law on gift and inheritance and the use of special control vehicles as part of the university certificate in estate planning at UCLouvain. I also teach registration and inheritance tax to students in accounting. I am a frequent speaker at seminars.
I am a member of the scientific committee of several reference books and journals and the author of several publications on tax and estate planning.
